We offer FREE domestic shipping (within the USA) on almost all of our products! Only bulky or heavy items such as long coats or wool blankets will incur an additional shipping charge.
For international customers, we will pay for the standard part and need you to pay for additional costs; an automatic amount is added when you check out, that can be adjusted up or down based upon true costs.
Because of the value of your jewelry or clothing, items will include insurance. Your ability to be at your shipping address to receive these items is crucial. Your tracking number will be sent to you automatically by our system, indicating the expected date of delivery, so watch for it in your email.
We are located in a mountain town in northern New Mexico where the US Postal Service faithfully delivers our goods to you. Please note that there are no OVERNIGHT services from our very rural location. We will send your items Ground or Priority, the quickest possible method, but expect 3 to 5 days from the date of your order. Muchas gracias!
If you need to return an item (clearance items are final sales and NOT returnable), send the unused item within 10 days by USPS to PO Box 839, Red River NM 87558; or by FedEx or UPS to 1501 W. Main Street, Red River NM 87558. Return costs cannot be reimbursed.
NOTE: During the fall season trade shows, when we pack up all our inventory, our ability to ship is limited, as follows: we cannot ship out mid-November and first two weeks of December. Feel free to order, though, and we will get to you asap upon our return!
